Black Enterprise Ad Coop

When you think of publication regarding Black Business, Black Enterprise is mostly the one which comes to mind first. The Black Business Builders Club has made remarkable strides in it first year. Now it time to increase it's name recognition through association with Black Icons in business.

Think of how much power the statement as seen in Black Enterprise Magazine carries when sharing the Club with other members. The cost of Advertisting in Black Enterprise for a full page ad is $42,000.00.

Using the collective buying power of the club we can offer 200 Slots for $210 each. This was based on model that each slot could be subdivided in to 5 $42.00 shares. It was decided that there would be a maximum of 10 slots that could be reserved by anyone individual.

Now after speaking with Lee, he suggested that the issue we aim for is the June issue. He also suggested that we consider starting with a quarter page. Doing a quarter page would mean slots would drop Down to $63 per slot. We would still have 200 slots and there would still be a 10 slot maximum per person.

The June Deadline is the April 1, 2009

The September Deadline is May 30, 2009

The November Deadline is June 30, 2009

The December Deadline is July 30, 2009

The Idea is that we would continue to grown the Coop Fund to expand offline media promotion.

The Idea would also be to be ready to do the Full Page Ad in June 2010

This is an awesome avenue for sharing the Club with the World. We must dot our I's and cross our T's. However in advertising, repetition can make a huge difference in the final results. So are we considering a second or even third month plan. If so there may be a discount on the total campaign.

Second, are we considering the online advertising potential of Black enterprise Mag?

How about a combo meal consisting of a 1/2 page offline campaign, and the balance of shares for our online campaign.

Great idea Clarence, count me in.

To answer Don's question, the configuration is up to us. I been making modification based on the input members have been giving us. I would like to have a special conference call on the AD Coop Monday Night at 8pm EST 616-347-8100 293080#

Also the Idea came to me that we might just use a subdirectory of one of the existing Black Business Builders Club sites. Like http:blackbusinessbuilders.combe

Super. Just what we needed. With the rotator and the exposure in BE, no more excuses not to be qualified!

Just got my share today.

As of today there are just 47 shares to issue in the Cooperative. Great job everyone! We still need to issue the remaining shares. Remember, micro shares are also available for just $25.00 each. Micro shares are a great way to add an additional punch to your existing share and an excellent way to get involved without purchasing a full share. The micro share allows us to stretch to the finish line together. I'm asking all those who can to just stretch a little bit more so that we can close the deal by adding a micro share. Lets stretch to the finish line with the club baton.

Wow! Less than 34 shares left to issue out of 215. You Brothers and Sisters are Awesome! Its apparent that you recognized an opportunity here and made moves to take advantage of it. I am so privileged to be in membership with you as we accomplish this cooperative objective! Its now time to close the deal by issuing the last 34 shares. Its important to insure that everyone in your power lines has been extended an opportunity to participate in the Co-Op.
