Hello Lee, Please call Laronus Martin to help with tech problem logging in. his number is: 281-242-1661 He goes by the name Ronnie. He has been trying to log in for over 4 hours, and he even reset his password, still it shows him as "limited access." God Bless, Mickey

Hello Michelle, You have been sent direct instructions on how to help Mr. Martin. There is no real technical problem. He's trying to log in using a non-registered nickname and password. You were sent his correct nickname and password to forward to him. Hope this helps you both.
