Depending on when you met me you either know the old me or the new me. The old me was fearful of failure, rejection, and what people said or thought of me. If you knew the old me, you may remember me being negative with disbelief. If you've met me in the last year or so you would probably describe me as one of the most upbeat and positive persons you know. I've been told that I've inspired a few people, motivated them as well as offered some encouraging words...This transformation didn't happen overnight, nor did it happen by accident; I made a conscious decision to live by purpose. See, when you lack confidence, self-esteem, and live in fear; it's not easy, but natural to be negative and angry. If you are afraid to soar, why would you ever encourage anyone else to?

Take inventory of your dreams and the goals that you set for yourself. Ambition is the drive behind the dream, the action used to move you towards your goals. Often we talk ourselves out of our dreams. We insist that we are not "smart enough, talented enough, pretty enough, lucky enough  to do what we are truly passionate about doing.
